Come and live in one of the most popular student areas in the city, close to the main landmarks of the city and conviniently surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and markets where you can buy local, fresh produce to create meals.
Located near to the Benedictine Monastery, you will be in the historical centre of this vibrant city. I offer two independet apartments, same floor, which each contain 3 bedrooms. Don’t waste any more time, an adventure knocks at your door! Book while you still can, last room available.
The rooms are bright with a large balcony and views over the rooftops of Catania. They are located on the 4th floor, access to a liftin a peaceful and friendly condominium.
The area is quiet and is just a 5 min walk from the Castello Ursino area of Catania nightlife and a 7 min walk from the Benedictine Monastery.
Flats are on the 4th floor with a beautiful view over the rooftops of Catania. Rooms are spacious and brights with comfortable balconies. The flats will accomodate a maximum of three tenants, sharing one or two bathrooms. The location means that you won’t require a car. The bus station, the biggest daily street market, the Duomo and Via Etnea, the main shopping street, are just 10 minute walk away. The area is called Via Plebiscito / San Cristoforo and is vivacious, authentic, full of life and safe. Beaches are located just a 20 minute walk away. You will have the reassurance that any problems that might arise with the flat during your stay will be resolved quickly, as I am part of the committee.
The Airport is 10 minute journey by car or 30 minute by bus. I personally interview all applicants in order to create a nice environment, and ensure the flats are kept clean and tidy.
I’ll provide all the information you need about the room. I can show you the flat in person or online and I’ll be your point of reference for all your needs during your stay. I take care of tenants and I put all my efforts into fulfill their expectations.

It’s not allowed to enter bikes in the flat or in the building.
Parking
There is no parking allocated to the room being rented. Alternatively you can leave the car parked in the street or leave it to Pollina Park, 3 min walk from home.
Cigarettes or any other type of smoking is prohibited at all times in the house and this rule must be respected by Tenants and their guests. Smoking is not permitted in indoor and outdoor areas.
Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel or change terms of this agreement upon one full calendar month’s WRITTEN notice (IE: Give me notice on January 31, you are responsible for rent until February 28/29. Give me a notice on February 1, you are responsible for rent until 31 March.)
Deposit
The Security Deposit has to be paid in order to secure the reservation for the amount of one pay month.
The Landlord will return the Security deposit to the Tenant within 10 days after the room has been vacated, less deductions as provided for below.
The Security deposit may be used for the purpose of repairing damage for which the Tenant is responsible (beyond normal wear and tear), cleaning, or paying unpaid rent.
The Landlord and Tenant shall conduct a pre-move in and pre-move out inspection of the rental area before the Tenant moves out at which time the Landlord shall inform the Tenant of any required repairs and/or post-tenancy cleaning in writing.
The Tenant shall have the right to make any repairs identified at the pre-move out inspection at his or her expense before the move out date without deduction from the security deposit.
Guests
No more than 3 (three) guests at a time are allowed in daytime, unless previously discussed and agreed by the Landlord.
Overnight guests are limited to 1 (one) per Tenant, for a maximum of 1 (one) night, unless discussed and agreed by the Landlord.
Where agreed in advance with the Landlord, guests may be permitted to stay for longer periods, for which an additional fee of €.100 per calendar week would be payable.
